Computer Freezing Problem

Recently I upgraded from an 8320, 760GMA-P34 mobo, and 1050ti to a 7600k, asrock z270, and a 6gb evga 1060 so I can play Andromeda. Everything runs fine while I play the game. Then when I go to exit out of the game the computer it closes the game and after about 30-45 seconds of my home screen it freezes and I have to flip the switch on the power supply to reset it. The few times it doesn't freeze on me when I exit the game it will freeze the next time I turn on my pc. Originally it was just when I would play Andromeda but now it's started doing it without it. The first time I turned on my PC today it froze at the windows screen before I could type in my log in stuff. On days where I have games installing all day it will run the install fine and then once I go to open another program it freezes then. I've done a clean install of windows since it started happening and that didn't help. All of my drivers are up to date. I'm out of ideas and looking for any help.

Solution
Try another hard drive and a clean Windows setup. If anything is overclocked, set it to stock speeds. Try one RAM stick at a time, try different RAM.
