Question computer freezing problem

So my computer is constantly freezing up and restarting with black screen. I have installed/reinstalled linux and windows many times to try to fix it and figure out the problem. I did the same thing with a different hard drive to try to see if it was a bad hard drive, but still the same problem. I think that it might be the video card drivers because when I boot into safe mode or low-graphics mode it works perfectly fine. I have tested with software and there doesn't seem to be any overheating.

I Uninstalled GPU driver and everything is working fine for now (except the resolution of course ) so, from what I've seen, I think that there might be a problem with the driver or the GPU itself.
Note: I have already updated my drivers to the latest version
