Computer freezing randomly with audio loop/stutter! Need help troubleshooting!

Random computer freezes. System hangs with audio loop sometimes during gaming, browsing the internet, or on windows startup. There a days where my computer runs fine for a few hours, then will hang when doing anything mentioned above. Requires hard-reset and will often hang within a few minutes of reboot, sometimes on windows loading screen.

I've tried reseating RAM first, and have since gotten new RAM. Tried installing windows on a different SSD and got a new one. Then cleaned and reapplied thermal compound to CPU and also on my GPU. Then swapped out the power supply as well. I've also disabled nvidia audio drivers in device manager thinking it may have been audio drivers conflicting with each other. Only thing that leaves me with is the motherboard, the CPU itself, or the GPU.

I've also cleaned out all dust from the case, radiator, fans, etc and all fans are working properly. Fresh windows install, all drivers up to date. Reset CMOS and updated BIOS again as well. Never have any issues getting into BIOS and never freezes in BIOS (which if it did, I probably would have thrown my comp in the garbage).

All temps seem to be normal. All cores of CPU at 35 degrees and go up to around 50 at max. GPU temp around 40-45 with fans off, and fans kick in at 50 degrees. Hottest I've even seen my GPU even on FurMark 89 degrees at max load, but normally never even gets to 60 degrees.

CPU: I7 3770k @ stock settings (reset a few months ago because I had the same problem of system hang)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i GTX
RAM: Patriot 2x8GB Viper III DDR3 1866MHz (used G.Skill RipjawsX 2x4GB 1866MHz prior to issue)
GPU: MSI GTX 980 4GB Twin Frozr @ stock settings (same as CPU, reset to defaults)
PSU: EVGA 850 GQ 80+ Gold 850W (Corsair CX600 since this issue started happening)
Drives: Samsung 960EVO 500GB (new drive), Samsung 840 EVO 240GB (taken out since issue started happening), Samsung 850 Pro 120GB (also taken out), Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200rpm (also taken out)

Need help! Any other things I can try or is it just time to scrap this computer and upgrade? All new parts were purchased within the last 3-4 days and can be returned within 30 days.

Had the same problem on an rx480.
There's no need to upgrade, here's what I did, and so far it has worked a treat:
My PC was randomly crashing to different coloured screens, and the screen sometimes went black for a few seconds when in game, then came back.
What I did was reduced the frequency clock on my GPU to 1890 doen from 2000.
This has worked well, and i haven't had a single crash in about 3hrs of gaming.
Remember, this is the frequency, not the core clock.
I was going to try and post a photo, but this bloody new site wont let me...
