It started around a week back when I was playing Battlefield 4 it would go off not as frequently but it would freeze to were nothing would respond so it would force me to reset. I would reset and it would boot up normally. But ever since it has become more noticeable and annoying, I do remember I changed something on "AI Suite II" which said auto tune, I thought this would be a great idea since it was built for the computers etc etc. I went on to think it was my Windows because it had been acting really strangely when I started up, so what I did was narrowed it down to the HDD's being corrupt.

Information on the freezing:
It was normally around 12-16 hours it would freeze and barely noticeable so this is why I left it, just thinking it was something weird with the files or whatnot.
As I left it for a while it grew on the computer and start freezing every 2-4 hours, this annoyed me because I wanted to do was play video games and I couldn't even watch a Movie.
It would also give off a buzzing noise, but not all the time.

I did a fresh reinstall of the PC and booted up the computer with nothing on but the drivers for my components, I then loaded up Windows 10 (I know people hate it, but it's got a nice layout and I like it.) Opinions aside I thought the freezing was gone but was I wrong, the curse was back the computer froze up and I'd restart in frustration.

I asked someone what the problem could be and he asked if I did anything to the computer recently I said I remembered about the AI Suite II he told me to go into the BIOS and click "Exit" and "Load Optimized Settings" after the computer restarted I thought "Thank god that was probably the problem all along, oh well" and got on with my night until later that night I was playing some games with a friend and I joined his Minecraft server and was playing around for around 10 minutes (Bare in mind the computer was at least up for 6 hours at this point and I had been playing some other things before hand.) The computer took a huge dump all over me and I swiped it off as a one time thing 'again'.

I loaded back up and the computer was running fine again, it lasted around another 6 hours until I turned it off for bed. But the next day I was excited to play the Witcher 3 so i logged in and was sat by myself with a drink and full of excitement I was adventuring my little heart out until the game froze and the sound would give off a buzzing noise. So I press the restart button and dread the PC yet again turning back on. Everything loaded normally again and was up and ready to go but I knew it would only be for a little while. (The Witcher 3 session lasted for 2 hours mostly)

I did forget to say the only files I saved were some photos of family, game saves of Witcher 3, terraria and modded Minecraft.

I thought at first it's the games it has to be so tried to play a bit more and looked into somethings about people having problems like I was having but nothing I could get my head around. Finally it came when I was searching the web with a few other programs in the background running like avast, razer comms, gog, origin, steam etc. It crashed. I knew then it wasn't anything to do with the programs etc.

I tried taking the HDMI lead out and use another but nothing.

Note: I had the PC blue screen once (ever) it was last week when I was going to stream Black Ops 3 it froze 2-3 times and blue screened once.

Long story short I want to play the Witcher 3 but my computer is taking dumps on me halp? ;-;

Edit:
I was watching a series today with each episode around 20-30 minutes and the computer would freeze around every 1-2 episodes.

Ok..

This may sound weird,.. Try to reapply new thermal paste on the cpu.

The 9590 is a very high tdp cpu, its practically an overclocked 8350 out of the box, so it dries up thermal paste rather quicker,

This may produce unexpected errors but not entirely overheating.... Well long explanation, anyway try that first.
