recently added CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz C15 Desktop Memory - Black

ever since i added the new sticks i have had random crashes, screen freezes mouse and keyboard stop responding and i hear a errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr in my headset.
i removed the ram for a few days and have not had the problem again.
i have ran windows memory diagnostics 3 times with 0 errors found.
and memtest86 with 4 passes twice. and 0 errors found.
the rgb on one of the sticks does not light up at all either
here is my pc specs with new ram http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/10898452

And i only freeze when i'm playing high intensity games.

I am mixing 2 different brands of ram but they both run off ddr4 at 3000mhz. and both are supported by my motherboard. my friend does the same thing with 2 different brands and he has no problem at all.
And that shouldn't be the problem
It even freezes with just the 2 new sticks.
