while operating virtually any program, my computer has been freezing up.
often the mouse hourglass stays on the screen for a couple of minutes, then
things go back to normal. i've used my norton and no virus has shown up. i've
also run pest patrol a couple of times and cleaned away those files. still
freezing. what can i do to fix?
