Computer froze during update, won't boot now.

My pc froze during an update and shutdown, now it wont boot up. I can get to bios and it shows my ssd and optical drive, but not my hdd. When I pick my sdd as the bootup drive, it says I still need a cd to boot. I had windows 10 on my ssd. Idk what happened, but I dont have my windows cd from 4 years ago....And idk y my hdd wont show up. Are they just dead?

The installation is probably corrupted because the computer shutdown.

You'll most likely have to reinstall Windows.

You can download a copy of Windows 10 from Microsoft and make a bootable USB - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
