Hey everyone! I need some serious help. I've built my first computer and i cannot get my processor to stay cool. The CPU in question is, of course, the fx 9590 from AMD. I thought it'd be really awesome, especially since I recently got the H110i GT to cool it, but it idles at 55C which is absurd. The question i'm asking is, why? Also I have a 750W power supply, the motherboard is an ASRock extreme 3 Im pretty sure. Help would be much appreciated.

Didn't know about that, thanks :) Still using a FX8350 on my AMD setup myself.

I can agree that Corsair H1xxx coolers are a pain at times. Sometimes mine doesn't even work (pump) untill 3-4mins later. My CPU can reach socket temps of 60-75°C because of it. Not sure if its the cooler or motherboard related, as the Corsair Link also shows the pump is not working (flashing red).
