Computer get's stuck

So every game I play it's happen.
When even I play there is every some time "lags" that happens when I move the mouse, what I mean is that I want to move my mouse to the right and it just like glitched and then just pass over the point you wanted to move it to and keep going, sort of a mouse lag if you want.
I tried changing games, I had 2 mice, Logitech mx master and now I have a Mamba, and nothing help's.
Any idea's?

Usually that's the result of low or insufficient system resources such not enough RAM, to not enough CPU or GPU processing capability.

What are your system specs and the game/s in specific this is occurring in?

Processor AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

RAM 16 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16299), 64-bit


And I played CSGO and now Fortnite
Obv..

Check your resources. Sounds like something must be running in the background and hogging CPU/RAM. Possible also you're getting thermally throttled. Your system has a few years on it, blow out all of the dust from all fans, etc... Wouldn't hurt to replace the thermal paste on CPU and GPU. Not a necessary operation, but it's a peace of mind thing and a cheap one too.

CPU AND RAM is less then 50% both of them
CPU 30-35% when running the game
Memory is 45%
And I did a good clean like a month ago and replaced the thermal paste a month ago also.
I really don't know what can be the cause to it, cause it's not like it's a powerful game, it's just fortnite and csgo
