Question Computer glasses

Umm Not sure if i'm in the right category or not but apologies in advance.
So i have gotten computer glasses that block the blue light whenever i wear them like after a while i get a headache/tension around the eyes and forehead? why is that?

If you only ever get the headache while wearing them then I would suggest not wearing them. go see an eye doctor—they can get your prescription lenses for that and fit your head with glasses that will fit properly

Well all I can think of is that your glasses are too tight because looking through filtered lense. shouldn’t cause headaches. Windows has a sort of night shift that you can enable for viewing at night maybe you should just turn it on all the time and not wear the glasses
