I have only a 6 month old PC. I never had this issue until recently but when I play games that have decent graphics my PC will crash causing the monitor to go black and fans on max speed (requiring restart to fix).
At first I thought it was an overheating issue, but everything I've tested has said the computer is at normal temperatures. This also only happens during certain games, especially Counter Strike 2. If I'm watching YouTube only it never happens. My GPU has no driver updates and I've tried putting bare minimum settings on games and it will still happen. If I play like an extremely easy to run game (like a Java or flash type game) I do not get crashes either though.
My guess is this is likely a power issue but I'm not sure how to diagnose or fix it. My monitors are both plugged into an adapter/surge protector not sure if that is part of the problem.
My PC is a 4070TI Gpu, I can post the other components if needed too. I have a 4k primary monitor and a 2k 144hz secondary monitor.
Any help here at all would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
