Computer goes OFF then on right away (I checked everything)

Hello everyone this is my computer i put together last summer

Every now and then the computer will turn off and on right away (like it is restarting).
I checked the temperatures of everything and nothing is over heated (nothing is O/C also).

Check PSU, CPU, motherboard GPU. nothing that would explain why the computer would turn off then on again...

When does the system restart? Is it when you play games, or whenever?

This is not going to be very helpful, but it seems pretty random...
Sometimes I will be browsing on the web, or watching a stream (not even in full screen) and it will happen..
I'm currently waiting to happen again so I can see the on the even viewer (only learn about that last night) so hopefully I will be able to post some more information about it.

Hmm, since it powers down randomly, I am assuming it has something to do with the PSU. It might not be delivering stable power, causing it to turn off.

Would that show up on the event viewer? Or is there any way to track down if the PSU is malfunctioning? I made sure PSU was not a cheap one when I bought it and it was recommended various of times when I asked for help here when I was assembling my PC built...

Another thing to add, when I use Google chrome sometimes my GPU would fail "Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered"
But it never happens when I use internet explorer (even though I hate it)... Could that be link to the PSU also?

Go download FurMark, or Prime 95. If the PSU is bad, the system will shutdown

They are both self-explanatory. Although, I find Prime95 much easier to use.
