Computer goes randomly into s3 state

Hello,
I recently build a new pc but it goes randomly into S3 state mode eventhough all my power settings are put to Never Sleep.
Any advice or help!

do you have the most recent bios version for your motherboard?

I just updated my BIOS to the latest version and that didn't solve my problem.
Do you have another advice I can try ?
