computer goes to bios where i have to select my ssd to boot windows everytime

So i just Built a new pc and every time i start up it goes to the bios where i have to select my ssd (with windows installed) and boot.

how do i get it to boot normally

By BIOS is think you mean UEFI, in which case all you need to do is switch the boot order.

Do note that if you have hardware malfunction and the OS crashes rather than turns off (during restart), it might send you to the bios because a crash was detected.
