Computer gpu question

Hello,

1) I bought a computer and I got CD for Windows 10 reinstallation , gpu setup and motherboard CD. I don't know why I don't have a CD location to put CD in . I've looked everywhere but I can't find it.

For those 3 CD do i need to setup or download anything? Or is it good to go?

2) my cooler fan is going good and my gpu fan is not working. Do you guys know Why? And how do i turn it on ? If I do when should I turn It on? Does it turn on automatically?

I thought win10 copies are USBs instead of CDs??
Anyway ur best shot is just to get an external DVD drive for cheap, then just put the CDs in

I dont think u will need to put in the gpu/motherboard CD as win10 should recognize them automatically.

GPU fan idling could be normal if u have a newer model, the fans would stay idle until u open up a game which the card starts to work.

My windows 10 is on a USB, but you can buy the disk still.

Another solution would be find a friend with a cd drive and make an iso of the Windows 10 installation and put it on a usb.
