Computer hang after chick chik sound

Please help me, when I start my pc, sometimes it hang in boot screen and sometimes hang after loding desktop. Another one is I watch sometimes my pc is given sound like "chik chick" and hang. Yesterday I change my display monitor with my Sony TV, is not restart. Then I connect the vga cable to my old monitor. I played games till 3 a.m. no problem arise. Today I just on my pc and play a video and it again arise the same problem... chick chick sounds come twice or three times and hang. Please help me to repair this.
My rig is corsair tx650 psu, Gigabyte 785 gmt USB 3 motherboard, amd phenom II 970 black edition processor, corsair h100i liquid cpu cooler, 4+4+8gb corsair vengeance ram, 1+.5 Hdd, Asus gtx 650ti graphics card and OS is Windows 10 version 1607.

Unfortunately, it's not just a single component, that can make similar sounds. Can't you localize where it comes from? Perhaps, if you open up the side panel?

Anyway, I believe it may be a good idea to back up the data stored on your HDD. After that, you can test it, so you make sure it is in a healthy state: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Another component that can make similar sounds is your PSU. Unfortunately, the easiest way to see if this is the case is to borrow a PSU from somebody and try it on your system.
