Hello, i am having a problem with my computer. the computer is not sending information to the printer. my printer is wep dotmarix. printer is working with other computer. what should i do plz. guide me.

What brand is this ? Suggest you visit the maker's website and see if there's a driver dor that printer and your version of Windows. Seems a bit unlikely as it's (apparently) dot matrix, but I don't knwo what else you can do.
