Okay so for my birthday I really wanted to build a pc, so I did. The building went extremely well and was really happy with what I achieved. Here are the specs:
CPU
AMD Ryzen 5 1500X
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1066MHz
Motherboard
MSI B350M GAMING PRO (MS-7A39) (AM4)
Graphics
G2460 (1920x1080@144Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (MSI)
Storage
223GB SanDisk SDSSDA240G (SSD)
931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 (SATA)

Obviously the pc was made for gaming and editing. When I first started playing a couple games, my computer would just crash. I realized at one point it was probably because my cpu cooler isn't strong enough or my psu didn't have enough watts, which is 500W, and my cpu cooler wasn't sufficient enough to cool my overclocked AMD Ryzen 5 1500X from 3.5 to 3.9. I was using the stock AMD cooler that came with the cpu. So i just disabled overclocking, which blows. So far, that hasn't been an issue and the crashes stopped.

Now I have another problem, every time I used my computer for something that required "intense" or "stressful" amount of power or something like that, my computer would get the blue screen of death, most of the time getting different reasons for the crashes. I haven't kept track of all of them except my most recent one, which was:
"KERNAL_AUTO_BOOST_LOCK_ACQUISITION_WITH_RAISED_IRQL"

I also have another problem, every time I attempt to restart my pc, it would turn off my monitor and the pc itself would just stay on, until I held my finger on the power button until it shutoff.

Please help me figure out this problem, so it not only benefits me, but other people with the same problem too. Thanks for reading and I hope this can resolved.

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

from what i can see, that BSOD is generally caused by wireless or Bluetooth adapter drivers. Dumps will tell us more.

as for power, have you run live update 6 (its on utility page of motherboard web site) to see if you have latest drivers? might want to check BIOS as well.

Okay so I did the steps that you asked for the first one, but I created it nothing popped up in windows minidump. And I easily completed the second step.
Also, I also have another small problem with when I try to restart my pc, it would just shut off my monitor and keep my pc on. Is there a way to fix this?

I think you need to get that error again before it will create a minidump.

can you look in C:\windows folder, set the view to show hidden files and folders, and see how big the memory.dmp file is. If its not several gb in size, copy it to documents. Upload copy from documents to a file sharing site and share the link here. Someone will look at it for me.

So live update 6 found nothing new?

see if turning fast startup off fixes the shutdown problem: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/MYhc.html

File: 110317-8703-01.dmp (Nov 3 2017 - 21:01:55)
BugCheck: [PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)]
Probably caused by: memory_corruption (Process: svchost.exe)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 6 Hour(s), 01 Min(s), and 16 Sec(s)

The overclocking driver "NTIOLib_X64.sys" was found on your system. Remove all overclocks.

Your BIOS was unreadable in the dump file, this can mean your BIOS is outdated.

I can't help you with this. Wait for someone else to reply. Good luck.

Its a new board so be surprised if BIOS was too much out of date, the latest bios on the web site is 7A39v29 Dated 19 September 17.

if you use a Blue snowball mic, see if this helps: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3538872/blue-snowball-microphone-cmusbdac-sys-error.html

regarding NTIOLIB - This file may be installed with other software such as MSI Live Update and you have an MSI motherboard so I expect its how it got there.

old drivers:

I2cHkBurn.sys Dated 17 Feb 2014. This is part of an MSI Gaming application, seems an old driver for a new motherboard.
netr28ux.sys Dated 28 May 2014 - Ralink Wireless Adapter Driver ( This might be cause of the other error you were having)

win 10 released July 2015 so anything before that isn't a Win 10 driver

Okay, for now I cannot update the bios because at the moment someone else has my usb. So I will do that later.

I did the Blue snowball mic download thing.

And when I looked into NTIOLIB and tried using a program to fix it, it found all of these random errors, something like 243+ errors. Then when I wanted to repair my problems, it asked me to pay. I'm not going to waste my money on that, maybe it was fake idk.

What do you want me to do with the old drivers, look up new ones and install them?

Don't use 3rd party driver updating programs, they only cause more problems, and most are unnecessary wastes of money... Especially since you have an MSI board and one of the 2 files mentioned is likely to be part of MSI Live update 6 which is made to update drivers.

what make WIFI card do you have? You can either tell me or look up the makers web site and see if they have newer win 10 drivers.
I2cHkBurn.sys is part of an MSI program, as is NTIOLIB, so do you use all the MSI utilities installed or could you just remove them?

Okay, I won't use third party programs.

I think you're asking for this, but I'm not sure:
802.11ac Wireless LAN Card

I do have a lot of utilities installed, but I literally just uninstalled all of them, except Live Update 6. What I should mention is when I got my components, they came with discs with drivers, so I installed them, they must be some old version ones I think.

Driver discs are almost pointless now. You far better off getting drivers direct from motherboard web site than off a disk that may have sat in shop for a few months. With your motherboard I would have just installed MSI live Update 6 and let it find everything else. You weren't to know though.

802.11ac Wireless LAN Card describes what it is but not who made it. looking for win 10 drivers for Ralink Wireless Adapter Driver leads to a bunch of web sites I don't like, 3rd party driver sites. I prefer to go to maker, as many of these drivers are just relabelled win 8 drivers that may not help

perhaps download the free version of speccy (here: https://www.piriform.com/speccy/download) and once you open it, look on network button, it might reveal maker of your WiFi card.

hmm, getting closer. MediaTek made one of the chips on the card: https://www.mediatek.com/products/broadbandWifi/mt7610e

its a USB 2 card so finding drivers for it might be fun. Here is a list of all the makers that use that chip: Here

You might find you need to buy a new Wifi Card that has win 10 drivers. Many old ones are still around now which only have win 8 drivers and may not work well with 10. I recall a few months ago having a run on cards that suddenly didn't work so well.

Okay so I use a NETGEAR stick for wireless internet. I plug it into one of my usb ports. So I have to buy a new one of those? And when I looked at the drivers page you gave me all the manufactures are made by someone else other then MediaTek.

mediatek chips are used on all the cards listed on that page. I would be careful buying a new card as there are still plenty of old ones around, I don't know how to guarantee its not old though avoiding USB 2 ones might be a start

Please! I'm desperate! I want to fix my computer, but the solution you gave me doesn't make any sense. I don't have a wifi chip on my motherboard, all i have is a usb connected thing from Netgear that gives me wifi, how is that the explaination to all my crashes, it just doesn't make any sense. Mostly recently I've been playing with with bigger games like COD WW2, WITCHER 3, Battlefield 1, and etc. But i can't enjoy them if I keep getting crashes mid game. Please help me! At this point I'm begging you!

The nvlddmkm.sys file is a NVIDIA graphics card driver. There are a few things you can do to fix this problem. First off, try a full uninstall using DDU in Safe Mode then re-install the driver (more information). Or try getting the latest version of the driver. Or try one of the 3 most recent drivers released by NVIDIA. Drivers can be found here: http://www.nvidia.com/
