Question Computer has much longer boot time after fresh Windows install

After I solved the VGA cable and DRAM problem by resetting the CLRTC, my HDD crashed. I removed that and it was failing to boot up because of driver issues (I had my OS in SSD). So I performed a fresh installation of Win10 x64. But now, my PC boots awfully slowly compared to earlier. In other words, it had a booting time of 10s earlier and now it's easily above 20. Any idea what's the issue?

I've even set the BIOS to default settings, but it doesn't change anything. Does it have something to do with installation of Windows in UEFI mode?

My Rig:
SSD - Samsung 960 Evo 256GB
RAM - 16GB G.Skill 2600MHz
CPU - i7-7700K
Motherboard - Asus Z270E
