I just got my graphics card and I plugged it in and it had no display so then I plugged it out and plugged my HDMI back in mono and I get display. It became clear the mono didn't detect the graphics card(gtx 750 to sc evga) . I tried installing driver that came with it but didn't work. Now I went in bios and changed something that said integrated graphics and I set it from auto to disabled now I a black screen and now every time I take out the GPU and start it without it it would beep and when I put it back in it doesn't but there's no display

Solution
You shouldn't have changed integrated graphics to "disabled" 'cos now you really are stuck - - you should have left it set to "Auto".

You will now have to hope that your GTX 750 is the problem because you you won't get anything on the monitor now until you have a working graphics card. See if you can borrow another graphics card to try, or try your card in another PC, if it doesn't work on that PC either, get it exchanged.
