[SOLVED] Computer has no hdmi output.

My family's computer used to have working hdmi ports but It's been sitting in a closet for a while and I just pulled it out but now the ports aren't working from the motherboard or the graphics card. The fans are spinning and the LESs are on but I have no idea where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Talks to the person who put this into the closet? he probably knows what's going on.

With zero information, I would unplug everything, leaving PSU+Mobo+CPU and nothing else and attempt to boot into BIOS.
