My computer had a Nvidia 640 and i just changed it out to a Nvidia 1070 8GB Mini, after doing so the computer turns on but doesnt have an output to the monitor. Changing back to the old graphics card presents the same issue and running straight out of the motherboard doesnt work either. Please help

Solution
You did turn the computer off before you took the old one out and put the new card in right? Not trying to be condescending just you'd be surprised.

If you can use the integrated graphics to get into windows and download DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller) . Then restart into safemode and run the utility to try and wipe all traces of display drivers. After that move the display cable to the 1070 card, let windows boot up ( if it works) then download the latest driver from Nvidia for your card.
