Hey guys, i've been trying to connect my second screen (old HP w1907v) to my computer, but i'm not sure why it won't connect, seeing as my pc has three dvi ports and one vga. My first screen has a vga port but i'm using an adapter to one of the dvi ports.

Does this mean i need another adapter?

Not sure what specs are relevant to this problem..

Your monitor seems to have only one input= old fashioned ANALOG D-SUB, you need a DVI-I to VGA adapter (DVI = integrated, combines digital and analog in the same connector) to VGA adapter : DVI-I connector on the graphic end has these extra 4 pin holes: see picture below.
