When I start up my computer it will for a few seconds have internet acces but will then disconnect, this is the same on every restart. (I use a Lan cable)
I know this cable is not faulty as I tried it on my laptop and it worked perfectly without any issues.

When I get windows to try and see what the issue the error message "Windows can't communicate with the Device or Resource (Primary DNS server) "
I have tried every fix in the book for this error that google and forums like this offer and suggest but nothing has worked so far

When I check the devisemanager my network controller is up and says that it runs normally (It's a Killer E2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller set on the motherboard which is a MSI Z87-G43 Gaming)

If anyone knows a fix to this or has any advise on how to further diagnose this problem I am happy to provide ekstra infomation if needed or even just confirm my suspicion that the controller is dead

Thank you :)

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes or warnings that correspond to the disconnects.

Try running the built-in troubleshoots. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Are you able to run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" via the command prompt?

The Event Viewer had this when the computer booted
Event 1014, DNS Client Events
The name interpretation timed out for the name settings-win.data.microsoft.com name when none of the configured DNS servers responded

I don't know exactly what I should be looking for in the Event Viewer as I have a lot of warnings but I know my problem has something to do with the DNS. If you know what I should be looking for I would love to have a look for it.

The built-in troubleshooting find the problem listed the error message "Windows can't communicate with the Device or Resource (Primary DNS server) "

Change DNS servers to Google 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4

https://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-10/how-to-change-your-dns-provider-in-windows/

If that does not work, download, reinstall, and reconfigure the network adapter drivers vis Killer's website.

https://support.killernetworking.com/download/killer-drivers-installation-64bit/

Specifically the drivers for the E2200 matching your Windows version.

Changing the DNS servers doesn't work.

I updated the drivers yesterday to the newest and that still didn't change anything.

Every time I try to open a browser a Event 10016, DistributedCOM warning gets logged

The application-specific access settings do not allow Local Activation to access the COM server program with CLSID

and APPID

The sfc/scannow did repair some files but after the restart the problem was still there.

My router is a Jensen Scandinavia Model: AL29150v6

The router's logs doesn't show any activity from my computer even after a reboot and a browser opening attempt.

I have admin rights to the router.

Is a new network card going to work if I go out any buy one or is this a windows issue that will kill the new network card?
From what I can see it's an issue with either the current card or a corrupt file in windows.
But is a corrupt windows file going to break a new network card?
