Computer help needed! I can't recognize this problem

My computer started turning off after around 25 minutes of use every time I started using it. Now I've replaced most parts in my computer i.e. Motherboard, Psu, CPU, Case. Now when I power on my computer my CPU fan spins for a second and stops and my led strip flashes yellow and red. PLEASE HELP ME

Recheck all connections and resettle ram and gpu. Try the ram sticks one by one on different slots.
