Hello! I have recently noticed a bit of trouble on my PC. There are two current issues so far and i could use some help.. Number one being the image as my desktop wallpaper goes black and doesnt show up until i reboot. It also happens when i use the desktop selection to move multiple folders at once. Two being i cant get the task scheduler to work on my PC and i dont know why. If anyone knows ways to help please let me know!

You may want to investigate by performing a system restore prior to the point when the issue cropped up(be it after a mandatory windows update or over time). Likewise you can try a repair install, provided you can boot into OS+desktop.

Two things you can try. First start an administrator command prompt and issue this command: sfc /scannow . Next download Malwarebytes, get it up to date, and do a scan.
