Computer help plz

im having a problem where my mouse cursor and my speakers are acting funny my speakers are making funny sounds and my mouse cursor is laggy plz plz plz help i dont wanna throw money away on a really awesome computer
my model is ENVY pheonix
we didnt build it we bought it from a store
called harvey norman and even since i got it its been working fine after 8 months+
its been going a little wild not because its old just for some reason its acting funny plz help i beg

try reinstalling intel chipset drivers. and if your using realtek audio drivers see if it a driver issue. also boot into safe mode see if the error stops. if it does it may be a software issue and not hardware.
