Get a better quality PSU. That one is junk. Evga G3, Seasonic Focus Gold, or Corsair TXM/RM/RMx, would be far better options. I would also consider a Ryzen 7 3700x, depending on pricing, in your area, and a different ssd, like an Intel 660p, Crucial P1, or Western Digital SN550.

All of that will work fine:

yuo can probly save some money with a AMD 3700X, X570 Mobo, and slightly faster ram (3600 CAS 16 would be good). you want more than a 500 GB SSD for modern games unless you only play 1 or 2 at a time: some games exceed 100GB in size now). I'd add a 2TB spinny drive for storage and games that don't need fast load times

If its available, you want a better quality PSU -- 80+ Bronze or better from Seasonic, Antec, Be Quiet!, or Corsair. Or 80+Gold or better from EVGA.

the liquid cooling is unnecessary, air cooling is fine, and the cooler that comes with the 3700X is a fantastic cooler, so you wouldn't need the thermal paste either

Mr. ScrewySqrl, my friend Mr. Mortis already have two of the brilliant, one of a kind, as big as one whole terrabyte. TWICE! Mr. Mortis likes high quality products, as well he appreciates Intel's products. We also did some high quality and brilliant tests. The Fantastic Intel i7 9700K responsed very good on this test, compared to the 3700X. Also, the reason Mr. Mortis is rich is because he saves money when he has open and great possibilitys. Im truly sorry for wasting your truly expensive time, but as his private and anonymous writer, i now know he will be satisfied with the products.
