Question Computer in a constant power cycle?

My computer is about 4-5 years old, it worked just fine months ago now it is doing this, never experienced before, ssd’s are plugged in, only 1 ram stick in because i was texting them but they both do not have a impact on this

CMOS battery was cleared, re seated the gpu in both slots, didn’t work, move ram around, didn’t work, can’t find anything that would cause this to just happen while it’s been off

Please ignore the computer being on the chair 💀 and all the messy wires, this is just my spare pc as i got a new one but i planned on putting it in a new case

mobo: asrock b450m pro4
ram: 2x4gb t-force vulcan Z sticks
psu: evga 500W bronze
gpu: msi rtx 2060
ssd(2): 1x polylogical solutions 480gb, 1x mushkin reactor 480gb
case: idk something off amazon that i’m not sure even exists anymore
