[SOLVED] Computer instantly powers off when i turn it on?

I run two GPUs in my system and i was adding a new hard drive, haven't even plugged it in yet. but my hard drives are behind my GPUs so i had to take them out. I screw the hard drive in and put my GPUs back in, turn it on and it shuts off immediatly.

I troubleshoot what was going on and apparently one of my GPU slots is the cause ( gonna call it slot 1)

I tested both gpus in the second slot (slot 2) and it boots up every time but when i put either of them in slot 1 it powers off instantly. The lights on my gpu turn on in the first slot and i know i have enough power 'cos it worked for 3 months. What's going on???

got a short? unplug the power to the hdd.
