The problem IS NOT overheating.

Pc was working fine before i swapped everything into a new case and put on a new cpu cooler.

So the problem is after running for 1 second to 20 hours it suddenly turns off and wont turn on again for like 20 mins. If i try before a certain amount of time it just fails to boot (fans spin for 1 second). I ran both cpu and gpu stress tests for hours never seeing temps above 60 on cpu and 80 on gpu.

Any ideas are welcome

Solution
Its definitely a problem with the power supply. When the psu detects high voltages or spikes, it protects the components by turning it off thats often called active protection. Try with a different psu.
