What is the EXACT model of your prebuilt PC. Including any submodel information?
What is the EXACT model of the power supply in your PC? If you are unsure, you can look. It will be on the specifications label on one of the sides of the PSU or, rarely, on the back.
Likely, this is a PSU or motherboard issue, and given that most prebuilt PCs come with extremely cheap quality inexpensive power supplies, the chances are really good that's what it is and hopefully this is not a prebuilt PC with a proprietary design because if it is then a standard ATX power supply won't work in there and you'll need to source an exact replacement for your specific PC model.
