Computer is Bogged down and idk why

AMD FX-8320 Eight Core
32 RAM DDR3 1833 MHZ
390 R9 MSI GPU 8GB
370 MSI Mother Board
2TB Harddrive with 1.8Tb free to use
Windows 10 x64

Its laggy and having programs crash without and with blue scren, Advast and malware bytes scans show nothing I've used safe mode and changed around start up programs with no effect i cant figure out whats going on I even cleaned out the computer. Reapplied thermal paste incase it was overheating and still nothing working all software for all hardware devices are up to date.. If someone could please help me figure out whats going on with this computer which was working fine until boot up. There isn't anything i cant think of to fix this issue if anyone can help i would be very grateful

Nuke the drive considering your getting BSODs and reinstall windows.
Question, have you undertaken any hardware changes recently? Windows has a hard time adapting to new tech and requires a reinstall to unleash the beast

Did install 16 more gigs of ram but the issue was happening before i added the ram to see if that was the issue which it wasnt, but the computer is utilizing the additional 16gb

Wipe the drive and reinstall- make a backup on another drive incase it doesnt work

I just scanned the drive with window tools and it said no error can be found

Did you try running it without the old RAM?
