Computer is crashing

My computer is a relatively high-end PC but I have a major problem with crashing. I play games like CS:GO, Player Unknown's Battlegrounds etc. My PC can run the games fine FPS wise but its hard to enjoy the game with constant crashing across all the games. I have reinstalled games and Reset my PC completely to factory new settings.
Specs: Geforce GTX 760
intel core i7 4700k 3.50 Ghz
16gb ram

Please help i would really appreciate it feel free to ask questions i will be checking daily.

thank you guys for responding, it crashes as in i will get a (blank) has stopped working or it will close the game sometimes it will freeze and i have to restart.

-failing HDD

Thanks rob! Ordered a cpu fan to help the cooling i experimented with opening the sides of the computers and sticking in desk fans near it and had no luck.
