Computer is glitchy until I restart it

I now have windows 10 and every since when I turn on my computer everything is glitch. E.g. the mouse,lags when I click and drag to select multiple icons, lags right now as i'm typing, lags in games. UNTIL i restart it once, than it goes back to normal. I find this to be very annoying since I have to do once a day every time I turn on my computer. It might not be that bad but I think that the solution to this may also fix my other lagging problem. After I restart the computer, its better but I still only get 40 FPS as opposed to 80+.

GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 970 4GB

Windows 10 is still new, so there is bound to be bugs. That's why I never upgrade my OS until it's been out for a while. You might just want to downgrade back to Windows 8/7. Or if not, you could try to update your video card drivers. I'll assume you know how to do that, but if not, reply and I can tell you.

I suspected the same thing. All my drivers are fully updated but I think Ill be going back to windows 7 until there Operating Systems in gear. Thanks for the help
