Computer is lagging

My computer starts randomly lagging when i use windows 7 aero it says ingame 150fps and it looks like 1-30 fps, but when it turn on windows 7 basic i dont have any laggs. I've got a gtx980ti strix, intel i7 6700k and 16gb ram ive got windows installed on ssd

Are you in borderless window or true fullscreen? I've had unsmooth gameplay with window borderless mode regardless of fps.

Sounds like it may be a driver issue. Some games can't run without aero and some have trouble with it on. Try reinstalling the gpu drivers.

it is still lagging so dident fix.
