Computer is not cooperating

I have recently built a new computer, everything has been put in the correct place and quadruple checked to make sure it is plugged in correctly. Windows has installed correctly and everything runs fine until I try to install new drivers for my motherboard. Drivers start to install on the computer and sometimes it needs to restart on its own and sometimes it totally shuts off and gives me a "00" code which says something about the cpu and resetting the cmos. It also won't let me connect to the Internet and tries to go through a dial up method of connecting...I have no idea how to fix this or what is wrong...sorry that I can't supply more detail but I'm just as baffled myself

You mean to say you can't provide the full system's specs of the system that isn't cooperating with you? Can you list them like so:
