Due to previous computer issues which I could not resolve I decided to replace all my computer components other than my ssd and hard drive.

Now when I start the computer it either boots up and says, "reboot and select proper boot device. Or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key." or it boots up and a blue screens with an error message of " *** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFFFFF880009A97E8, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000) appears

All the fans are on (cpu, gpu, psu, etc)

The current specs of my computer are:
*EVGA Supernova 750B2 (New)
*H97 Gaming 3 MSI Motherboard (New)
*Sapphire Dual X R9 270X (New)
*Intel i5-4460 (New)
*WDC WD20EARX-00PASB0 (OLD)
*ADATA S596 Turbo (OLD)

Thank you for your help! :)

Wait so you have replaced all the components and not done a fresh install... even with a replacement board you need to do a install as the OS is binded to the board you had when you installed it.

Also it may be because you do not have the correct boot order as the older board you replaced knew which drive to boot but the new one doesn because how could it... its new.

I only just had that 'restart and select boot device' message over a week ago when I reinstalled windows 7 on a brand new SSD with my old HDD being in the second Sata slot but it still had a windows 7 on so when I reinstalled on the SSD and restarted the pc it got confused on which drive I wanted to boot windows it literally just listed two windows 7's and not specifying...

So I took out the HDD just used the SSD till I had a working system, then I plugged in the disc drive as number Sata 02 and the HDD as Sata 03 then wiped it when I booted to windows

So in meaning plug your SSD into Sata port 0 and the disc drive in sata port 02 then install the OS and drivers on the SSD and once you have working OS and have restarted the system fully after doing all this so the boot order is correct then put the HDD in 03 Sata port.
