Question Computer is not turning off even I already shutted it down

Hi Good day i have the experience yesterday about my computer regarding an uncommon error which im not familiar with. It was my computer when i shut it down the screen turns off but the WHOLE cpu unit was still ON. the fans were spinning the lights on my RGB fans was on and even the fan on the processor and the sound of my cpu was like there was a jetplane inside. So may i know how can i fix that? and is that a normal issue on windows 10 OS? TY

Not normal, but not uncommon.

Just press and hold the power button on the machine until it turns off, then turn it back on.

If it does it again then reset the BIOS.

oww do i have to do that? but when i checked it this morning it was fine. i turn it on then shut it down and its back to normal. do you know whats happening on my PC?

things like this happen sometimes at random. but as long as it only happens like once and doesn't happen for a long while then you're good.

But if it is happening often and on the regular then there's a problem and it most times is just the BIOS either needing to be reset or updated if it's out of date.
