When I click the power button the only thing that turns on is my graphics card I can tell because the fans are spinning at top speed but nothing else is on. Does anyone know what specific component is causing this problem and what can I do to fix it. It happened while I was just browsing the web and everything turned off besides the graphics card.

Solution
First try resetting your power supply. Flip the switch on the back of it and unplug it and wait 10 seconds. Then replug and turn switch back on, then try to turn on. If it still has same problem next try resetting the bios on the motherboard. Look up how to do that either online or if you have the manual for your motherboard. Its moving the jumper type setup to do that. Try again. If its still having trouble you can recheck all your Power Supply cords. You might want to unplug and replug each of them to make sure they are all connected good. If your still having problems its always possible the power supply itself might be going out.
