Computer is on everything works fine but keyboard and mouse are not getting any power

After rebuilding my PC into the new case I got and finally turned on everything boots up and windows loads normally to the login screen...but my keyboard and mouse are not getting any power I have an external HDD that is getting power and I even tested 2 usb hubs they both get power and even power other devices. Ive test 2 other keyboards and none work. Please help any advice will be helpful. Thank u

I had this issue, I found out I had the Mouse and keyboard in 3.0 but when I plugged them in the 2.0, worked perfectly. Give it a shot.

I've tired both 3.0 and 2.0 it seems that only some device get power like my Xbox controller, external HDD and USB hub but mouse and keyboard doesn't no get power
