Computer is only booting one monitor

I have a Z170 Titanium and msi 1070 armor 8g. Everything had been running well beforehand. My cpu and gpu were running hot so I moved some fans around and moved the 1070 to pcl E5. Now when I start the computer only one of my monitors will load. If both are plugged in my acer will load, if I unplug the acer my dell will load. I've moved the gpu to pcl E3 and it does the same thing. I thought the fans I added might have affected it but I unplugged those and it still does the same thing. I haven't put the gpu back into the original slot because my heat sink is covering it and I'd prefer not to have to move it again. My acer is connected via vga and the dell via display cable.

I solved it, I reinstalled geforce drivers and the screen came up.
