Question Computer is randomly crashing ?

So I just built a new computer, and after maybe a month or two it has started randomly crashing and restarting while playing games (Mostly Ro-blox and Beam.-ng) and other seemingly random times.

When it crashes the RAM light seems to be on as well as the CPU light turning on for a split second while restarting, then back to the RAM. It also was alternating between RAM and CPU lights and would not boot until restarted.

Twice in the past week, it has also shut down and not turned back on except the RAM rgb, even when completely unplugging from the wall and plugging back in. There are no diagnostic lights on. After about an hour both times, it went to a Windows screen that said "Windows did not load correctly", then I would be able to boot up again. This has been happening for a week or two now and I am unsure of what to do. I ran the Windows memory diagnostic since there was a good reason for faulty RAM, but it came back fine.

The only other possible reason I can think of is the outlet, as in the second outlet there is a plethora of devices plugged in (Some of which have stopped working but work in other outlets). The old computer that did not crash, and before the devices stopped working, had a 450w PSU and our current computer has an 850w PSU. I hypothesize that the new computer is pulling so much wattage from the wall that it eventually ends up crashing because it cannot get enough. The temps seem to be fine with the CPU and GPU at <60 under full load and a spike to ~80 in the CPU for a split second when loading some games.

Does anyone have an idea of what is happening or what to do??

Parts:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
CPU cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II
GPU: RX 7800 XT
PSU: MSI MPG A850G
mobo: Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE

Doesn't work like that, the psu ony pulls wattage which is needed for the pc to run, not all the time the full wattage it can deliver.
