Computer is running very slow

My computer normally can run any game with no problem but lately it is running very slow for example CSGO my frame rate has gone from a few hundred fps to about 12fps. As well as games running slow videos also have a big audio desync problem.
My specs
Graphics card- sapphire R9 270X
Cpu- AMD fx8350
8gb RAM
1TB hard drive

You should run cleaners and see how much it takes care of. I use advanced systemcare, ccleaner, and spybot.
Make sure you have all of your windows updates installed, too.
After that you can go to disk management in your control panel and it will clean unused windows updates as well as temporary files and more.
Also, when was the last time you cracked that bad boy open and cleaned the inside? That can also bring down your fps.
