My specs:
CPU: AMD AM4 Ryzen 5 5600 CPU (Socket-AM4, 6-core, 12-thread, 3.5/4.2Ghz, 65w, 35MB cache) with Cooler Master Hyper 212 Halo CPU cooler
Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PRO
RAM_ Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 3200MHz 16GB 2x8GB, CL18, DIMM
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 6650 XT MECH 2X OC
PSU: Corsair RM650x 650W
4 NN Chassis fans

This PC was upgraded 2 months ago (All new except PSU and GPU). One weeks ago, the computer went black after some hours use, but chassis fans was still running and the MB light was on. The CPU and GPU fans did not work, and there was no RGB from the Cooler Master.
Googling the problem, some said that removing a ram stick and trying might do the trick, and it actually did. I removed one 8GB stick, and it turned on with RGB's glowing. It also worked when I reentered the second stick.

Fast forward to today, and the same problem arised. In the middle of a dungeon in WoW the screen went blank, but chassis fans were still running. I had to cut the power with the PSU switch, because the on/off button on the case was unresponsive.

Removing the ram sticks did not work, nor did putting them in different slots etc.

Do anyone have any idea on what to try next, or what could be the cause?

You're gonna have to do a CMOS reset, you can search how to do it online and it should also be described in your motherboard's manual (which can also be found online).
Re-seat your Graphics Card while you're at it.

Did you ever figure it out? I bet you it was the PSU. that was the only constant. I am having the same issue. Just because some power is getting through doesn't mean there isn't a defect. There are cheap PSU testers you can purchase. I just had my PC keep restarting itself, when i attempted to interrupt the loop, and hard power off. It never turned on right again. It would turn on , fans would spin but nothing else would happen. Then I started my wife computer, that worked until about a day later when it too started having display issues where the screen would just gray out with vertical lines. We tried different HDMI/DVI cables, even wall sockets. I tried different GPUs as well, makes no difference. I think My TV or Wall socket may have had a shortage or grounding issue that partially fried the PSU's... I'll et you know....

Hi, yes I bought a new CPU, and havent had a issue yet, so it sees like it was the issue! Hope you figure out your TV!
