Computer is slow after installing new GPU

Hi, I just bought a new GPU for my computer (Rx 460)
I tried playing some games but they are moving in pictures and when i try to open CSGO it says smthing about the Microsoft Basic Render Device.
My PC :
CPU - Amd A4 - 7300
RAM- 4 GB
PSU - idk
Please help

you need to install the drivers for it.

1| The IDK part needs some clarity. Can you pass on a picture of the PSU's sticker in your chassis?
2| Mind sharing the make and model of your motherboard as well as the ram?
3| Did you uninstall your previous GPU drivers before populating the system with the new GPU?
