Question Computer is slow for seemingly no reason

My computer recently started running slowly and when I looked into it, it seemed to be an outdated processor and broken hard drive. So I replaced those and got a Samsung evo 860 1tb and a Intel core I7 6700K processor. I also upgraded my graphics card to an nvidia MSI gtx 1660 ti. It was running very smoothly for about a week and then when I woke up to use my computer this morning it suddenly was running just as bad as it was originally. I checked my task manager and it all seems fine. Did a virus scan,nothing. I even wiped my hard drive prior to the upgrades. Does anyone have any ideas as to what's going on?
