Computer is stuck on automatic repair loop or something

Hello, I need help on getting my computer back to its normal state as it's stuck on an automatic repair loop of some sort, at first it was just to repair disk errors and restart, but now it just says "diagnosing your PC" and it just stays like that, nothing is changed, and no matter what button I pressed, it's still stuck on "diagnosing your PC" can somebody please help?

Probably because there's a fault and its doing an auto restart.

Boot into Safe Mode (F8 per http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode#1TC=windows-7) and disable auto restart on failure.

Mostly this happens because the CPU overheats. Make sure the CPU cooler fan is spinning. Check the temp in bios and post the result.
