Computer is stuck on the loading screen

My computer Is stuck on the loading screen with the windows logo. It isn't freezing or anything, just not loading in at all. I tried the start up repair many times, but it didn't do anything. Help pls?

I just ran diagnostics, and I got a error code:BIOHD-8 on my HDD. Welp, time to get a new computer

5 year old HP, intel core duo 2, on board graphics...it's high time I get a new comp
