So I recently bought a SSD card it was an EVO 250gb and went to install Windows 10 OS onto it. Everything was going fine till I got to the start screen, and installed the drivers, for my MSI Geforce GTX 970, I installed it with the disc, as well as the MSI Z97 mobo. So I installed all of that on the new OS/SSD card. And My monitors shut off....not my computer just my monitors, So I think maybe the ssd is bad so i unplug it and go back to using my other HD, Which i never took out it stayed in so there was enough space and such if that were to be an issue for other programs, and it didn't fix, so currently I am dealing with my computer in safe mode. I can't call anyone or use any program besides typing in skype or chrome, w/o my computer monitors just shutting off. but the CPU stays on as well as fans/lights.....I've reinstalled drivers etc for hours. Nothing is helping.

Solution
SO I just got my computer back from a technician. He completely fixed my wire management from trash to amazing sauce.....and I had 4 additional wires inside my computer plugged up for no reason what so ever. He managed to completely install/ set up my SSD card with the OS and Drivers I needed, so there wasn't anything wrong with my computer. It was all just driver issues and wires that I needed need. Thank god I got it all fixed/figured out thanks Everyone for the help!!!
Well I took out that ssd so it would go back to the original HD, uninstalled ALL drivers multiple times, for the past 8ish hours, and its still doing the same thing. Even with the Correct drivers, I'm also not using Windows 10 anymore I went back to windows 7 thinking it would fix the problem since it was fine before trying to do the SSD shit....and it didn't

Yes I've been using just one monitor, And It varies sometimes it won't even turn on after a full reboot, like it won't turn on and even make it to the bios screen. Other times it will shut down after the windows loads. And the only time i can actually get onto my computer is in safe mode w/ networorking.

Yep it would. But when the gpu or monitor turns off and its not your power settings I'd suspect it being the psu.

Check windows event viewer and post any errors you find. It could help us determine how many issue it is and what to do.

Well I managed to get a CLEAN version of Windows 7 on my SSD, and I've updated windows ENTIRELY it took about 2hours, and restarts were fine and fast, w/ no issue of my monitor not turning on. Then I updated my drivers for the GTX 970 and my monitor wouldn't turn on ONCE, then a reboot fixed the problem. I've managed to install all drivers and I havn't restarted my computer since. That being said it leads me to believe its the graphics card failing. I've also had my friends look over it and they say its a gpu issue as well because its only happening after driver installation.

Video card began black-screening when playing WoW/Tera, tried updating drivers. Got to a point where it would not load at all (Windows Logo on bootup, keyboard and mouse active and screen goes black, never lets me login or go past.) Tried fresh reinstall of OS/Drivers and BIOS update to newest version. Works perfectly until drivers are installed (tried 3 different versions.) THAT Is the whole problem.

So I changed the OS on the ssd to Windows 7, I fully updated it, and everything was running fine, and then all of the sudden my monitors turned off, giving me a blackscreen, now when I log on windows normal mode, any program and I mean ANY program instantly Disconnects me from my monitors.....and My computer stays on...I could hear skype loading briefly before the actual computer rebooted.
